Brian WhiteApril 24, 2026Skip the ER a get better treatment here faster for less. I had a piece of metal in my eye late on a Friday. Doctor Adam’s kept himself and his staff late to extract it saving me unimaginable suffering over a weekend and possibly even saving my vision or at minimum a much worse recovery. He is kind and funny and I couldn’t be more thankful for what he did for me. If you have an eye issue call these guys first!Posted on Google

Elizabeth helped us right away and went above and beyond—she even fixed issues we hadn’t mentioned, just by overhearing an offhand comment my son made about his glasses. Talk about attention to detail! Elizabeth and another amazing staff member (whose name I sadly didn’t catch, but I now lovingly refer to as “The Wizard”) teamed up to help me with my own glasses. The Wizard not only diagnosed and resolved my issues, but somehow managed to entertain my almost 2-year-old and juggle phone calls—all at the same time! Elizabeth and the Wizard were a dream team. They took care of my son, me, and my energetic toddler with kindness, skill, and patience. Thank you, eyeQ, for such an outstanding experience!Posted on Google

I came in frantically needing a missing screw for Ray bans glasses i purchased elsewhere. She patiently assisted me immediately, going through many screws to find the correct one, and spending time with me like I was her best customer. I feel they listened to my thoughts, they worked me in to a very full schedule for a eye test and then spent extra time helping me with my frames. I'm so happy! I will so for sure be coming back!! They very kindly re scheduled me to another day. The second appointment, I brought my infant with me.. not knowing i really should’ve left her with a sitter. They were kind, non judgmental of my mistake, and helped distract her while they gave me my eye exam. Austin B. (Stasis97)February 2, 2024This place is awesome! If you don’t like to be dilated then you can choose to use a machine to take a picture of the inside of your eye. It’s a bright light that looks like a cool laser light show and is used to check the health of your eyes. It’s definitely a unique experience and I highly recommend this office for exams and glasses. Beronika, the optician that helped me pick out my glasses, was a huge help. It’s hard to find big enough frames that are comfortable but she was able to fit me in the perfect frame after asking me about my style and preferences. The products and service that I receive from Dr. Adams, Nikki, Veronica, and the rest of the staff, are the best I've ever had. He and his staff are the perfect balance of friendly and professional. The turnover is incredibly low, and everyone who has worked there all rise to that same high level of care and customer service. Feeling comfortable with them has led to some of the best prescriptions, glasses, and contacts of my life. The true measure of any business is not perfection, it's how they handle when things aren't perfect. On the rare occasion that there have been mistakes or delays, they're communicative, they take responsibility (even if it's not their fault), and I always feel heard and like they do right by me. They smile a lot, they care, they are patient , understanding, helpful, honest, they take eye care seriously, they explain and teach. If there is an issue you can bet it will be taken care of with kindness and an outward desire to make whatever it is right. I had a bit of a hard time adjusting to progressive lens, they were dedicated to helping me through that time, and they did, they were with me 100%. Just try walking through that front door and see if you don’t feel it, it’s instant and it’s real and it doesn’t get any better anywhere!! He literally goes above and beyond for his patients! A family member has lost vision from Contacts and parasitic infection. With Dr. Adams extraordinary care they are in recovery of some eye sight. And they continue to heal. Additionally, my excessive dry eye is nearly gone and in control. I look forward to my eye sight for years to come and having Dr. Adams as my primary Optometrist! Dr. Adams is great at engaging with my kids to make the experience enjoyable. He is knowledgeable and personable and willing to answer all my questions. They were very patient and accommodating. Even though she ordered her new glasses from an online store they've been very helpful with adjusting them to fit her properly. The location is convenient, the offices are clean, bright and welcoming. Everyone on the staff was super friendly. I was impressed with the latest equipment and particularly enjoyed seeing photos of the interior of my eye on Dr. Adams' computer screen. Dr. Adams was personable, knowledgeable, and has a great way of making you feel comfortable and answering your questions. I will definitely be making him my eye doctor from now on. Darren KessingerDecember 31, 2021After shopping around I decided that I was just going to get the best glasses possible and they told me about these good lenses they had that help see at night and so I got them and one night on the way home from the casino it was snowing bad and I thought there was no way I could drive I thought I was going to have to pay for a hotel (I don't normally use my glasses to drive ever) so I tried them and was amazed I was able to drive home no problem so I'm very happy with my glasses any other glasses I've ever had made it worse at night but the ones they sold me are amazing ..thank youPosted on Google

Careful data driven work on verifying my prescription's current accuracy, and plenty of patience while stewing over frames choices were the highlights for me. Certainly going back.
